From what I was told Julio Jones and Mark Ingram went on some boating trip with someone associated with Alabama or maybe Auburn (Julio’s girlfriends dad?) – the trip was all inclusive which is against NCAA regulations. There are supposedly pictures from the fishing trip. They were caught and will be suspended for the first part of this season (6 games).
Call me crazy, but why are they getting suspended for going fishing? This sounds a little ridiculous. Forget that its Alabama for a second and put your self in the shoes of a college athlete….you cant go fishing without being suspended? seriously?
whatever…doesnt matter nor does it affect us….two games? well they’ll be back on the field before november
